Yes. Our NSW contractor licence numbers and ABN are at the bottom of every page, and we carry $20M public liability. We can send certificates with your quote.
Yes for written quotes on renovations, joinery and builds. Repairs have a call-out fee that covers the first 30 minutes of work on the day.
Photos let us give you a price range before we visit, and bring the right materials the first time.
For residential building work over $20,000, NSW law caps the deposit at 10%. We only take it once the contract and insurance are in place.
NSW statutory warranties apply: 6 years for major defects and 2 years for other defects on residential building work. If something we built isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it.
