What we collect
- Details you give us in a quote request or call: name, phone, email, suburb, a description of the job, and any photos you send.
- Basic, non-identifying website usage counts (for example, how many people tapped “Call”).
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out work, and keep records we’re required to keep. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Photos
Photos you send are used only to assess and price your job. We won’t publish them without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Only people who need it to do your job (for example, a subcontractor or certifier) and service providers who host our systems. Some providers may store data outside Australia; we choose providers with appropriate protections.
Storage and security
We keep your information in access-controlled systems and delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@formandtrade.example. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
